For over a century, Pikeville College’s commitment to students, education, Christian tradition, and to the community and region has been a vital part of its mission and a cornerstone of their students’ success.
The undergraduate curriculum rests on a broad liberal arts and sciences foundation. Students may choose from four associate degree programs, 23 baccalaureate degree programs and one doctoral program.
Pikeville College is also unique in that it is a small liberal arts college with a medical school. The Pikeville College School of Osteopathic Medicine opened in the fall of 1997. Over 90 percent of PCSOM graduates have elected to enter primary care, which is the greatest need in the region.
